About this course

Level 3 Reflexology Course in Plymouth. Classes run at Achievement Training Plymouth on Thursdays, part-time during the day, term time only. If you're 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. If you're 19 or over, an Advanced Learner Loan or grant may be available to cover costs. Over 10 months, you'll build knowledge of anatomy and physiology, client care, and reflexology techniques. You'll complete weekly case studies, two theory exams, and three summative assessments. The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology also meets the criteria for membership of the Association of Reflexologists.

Who this course is for

This is a vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a reflexologist. Designed for learners aged 16 years or over, this qualification will support you to gain employment as a reflexologist, as the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in complementary therapy and/or a successful interview.

Entry requirements

GCSE Science would be an advantage. There are no entry requirements, all candidate applications will be reviewed on an individual basis. If you have experience or previous knowledge that will support your application please remember to tell us.

How you will learn

Classes are held in a classroom setting every Thursday, 9:15am to 3:15pm, term time only. Throughout the course you'll complete weekly case studies to build practical experience. Assessment includes two theory exams and three summative assessments. These assess both your knowledge and your practical reflexology skills.
