Level 1 Stress Course in Plymouth. Classes run at Achievement Training Plymouth, part-time over 4 days during the day. The course is free for some learners, and fees may apply for others. If you're unemployed and receiving ESA, aged 16 to 18 years old, aged 19 to 23 years old, or working and earning under £18,525, you may be eligible for a free place. Call the centre to check.
