About this course

Level 3 Property Maintenance Course in Stoke-on-Trent. Classes run at Construction Skills College, full-time over around four weeks. This course is funded through ELC and IRTC schemes for service leavers.

You choose two trades from a range of options. These include plastering, plumbing and heating, carpentry, wall and floor tiling, bricklaying, kitchen fitting, and electrical installations. Each trade is taught by a specialist tutor. There are no formal entry requirements.

You'll finish with a Level 3 Award in Building, Installation and Property Maintenance Skills.

The course is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience in construction trades. It is intensive and focused on giving you the practical skills needed to work independently and earn a living once you complete your training.
