Free Level 3 Digital Media Course in Farnborough. Classes run at The Sixth Form College Farnborough, full-time over two years. This is a practical, project-based digital media qualification covering moving image and audio production. Entry requirements

To access vocational courses, students would generally achieve grade 4s (or higher) in their GCSES. You should have at least a grade 4 in GCSE English language and GCSE English literature. A grade 4 or above in GCSE media would be advantageous, but having studied media at GCSE is not essential. Alternatively, a Level 2 merit or above in a vocational media course would be advantageous, but having studied vocational media is not essential to studying this course.

How you will learn

You'll have the equivalent of six lessons a week in the classroom, supported by nine hours of home study or study period time per unit. Nine of the twelve units are assessed through practical coursework projects. The remaining three units are externally assessed. Assessment is at A level standard throughout. Teaching and technical support staff are available to support your progress.
