Free Level 3 Beauty Therapy Techniques Course in Consett. Classes run at Derwentside College, five days a week during the day. You'll study advanced techniques including body massage, Indian head massage, aromatherapy, and electrical face and body treatments, alongside advanced anatomy and physiology. The course runs for 36 weeks. You'll also get hands-on experience working with paying clients in the college's health spa. Entry requires a completed Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and a suitable reference.
Who this course is for
This is the perfect course for those wanting to study advanced beauty therapy skills, including Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Electrical Face and Body Treatments. You will also study advanced anatomy and physiology looking at all body systems and analysing the skin in more depth. You will have the opportunity to work on paying clients in the College Health Spa, The Retreat. The college organises various trips to Beauty exhibitions which is optional for you to attend (costs to be incurred). You will also have the chance to enter competitions and showcase your skills against other colleges regionally and nationally.
