How you will learn
You'll learn through practical, hands-on sessions in a salon environment at Halesowen College, alongside classroom-based theory. Assessment for the VTCT NVQ Diploma in Barbering is competency-based. You'll be observed carrying out barbering services, and your knowledge will be assessed through written or oral questioning. A portfolio of evidence supports your practical assessments throughout the course.
