In order to undertake the practical units, you will need access to two learners to work with for both the work environment unit (302) and the vocational unit (303). You will also need a countersigning assessor/mentor whilst you are in training and access to the quality assurer for the programme you are working on. How you will learn
The course includes six underpinning knowledge sessions for Unit 301, delivered in the classroom. You'll also complete workshop sessions and practical assessment units in your own workplace or learning environment. Units 302 and 303 are assessed through direct observation of your practice with real learners. You'll build a portfolio of evidence throughout the course, supported by your countersigning assessor or mentor.
