Entry requirements

Students who have taken GCSE Geography should have at least a Grade 6 in the subject or History. Students who have not taken GCSE Geography should have a Grade 6 in English Language or Literature.

How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom-based lessons at Skipton Girls' High School. AQA A Level Geography is assessed entirely by written examinations at the end of the course, plus a non-examined assessment (independent investigation) based on fieldwork you carry out during the course. There are no coursework submissions beyond the independent investigation.
