About this course

Free Level 2 Team Leading Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. Over around 6 months, you'll cover the core skills of leading a team: planning and allocating work, communicating with your team, supporting performance, and understanding your responsibilities as a leader. This free team leading course for adults is open to anyone aged 19 or over who has lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
