Free Level 2 Support Work Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your work and home life. The course typically takes 12 weeks to complete. You'll develop the knowledge needed to work with and support individuals with learning disabilities in health, social care, and education settings. An initial assessment confirms this is the right level for you.
Who this course is for
This qualification is aimed at anyone who is working or is keen to work within healthcare and social care, or within education or support roles. This course provides you with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and understanding needed to work with individuals with learning disabilities.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding, you must live in England and have resided in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years, must be aged 19 or over, must not have previously studied the course you are applying for or another similar course and must not currently be enrolled on another government-funded education programme. If you are aged between 19 and 23 - you must hold a full level 2 qualification If you're not eligible for funding, you can purchase the course online if you are over the age of 16.
