You'll gain experience of real work routines, responsibilities, and expectations.
How you will learn
You learn through work-based activity in your placement area. Assessment is practical and portfolio-based, drawing on evidence from your day-to-day work experience. You'll gather evidence of the skills and tasks you carry out on the job. Milton Keynes Christian Foundation will support you through the process alongside your workplace supervisor.
