Free Level 2 Professional Cookery Course in Yeovil. Classes run at Yeovil College, Monday to Friday, daytime. To join, you'll need a Level 1 Professional Cookery qualification or equivalent industry experience. The course runs full-time over 340 hours, combining practical kitchen sessions, theory classes, and an industry placement. You'll train in the college's commercial restaurant, Da Vinci, and take part in evening service events. Written and online assessments run alongside practical observations throughout the year.
Who this course is for
You will be taught in a range of different ways including practical training sessions, training in our commercial restaurant Da Vinci. You will have the opportunity to participate fully at evening functions. Theory based sessions are part of your timetable to develop your knowledge and complete exams. You will also have access to an online learning resources and activities which you will complete independently.
