Free Level 2 Professional Cookery Course in Bury. Classes run full-time at Bury College, five days a week during the day, over one year.   • You'll prepare, cook and serve stocks, soups and sauces
  • You'll prepare and cook meat, offal, poultry, fish and shellfish
  • You'll prepare and cook fruit, vegetables, rice, pasta, grains and egg dishes

  • You'll produce paste products, biscuits, cakes and sponges
  • You'll produce fermented dough products
