About this course

Free Level 2 Principles of Warehousing Course. Study online, at your own pace, in your own time. The course takes around 12 weeks and covers health and safety in warehouses, manual handling, stock checks, order processing, storage, packaging, and customer service. It's a solid grounding in how warehouses operate day to day, whether you're new to the sector or already working in it and want to move forward. Who this course is for

This qualification is aimed at anyone who wishes to develop an in-depth knowledge of the health and safety requirements in warehouses, the processes surrounding storing and dispatching warehousing goods and the importance of customer service in a warehousing environment. The course aims to provide you with a route to employment in the logistics sector, but can also support those currently working in the sector to progress in their role and advance their career. However, it is worth noting the content in the course is heavily video based so you should be comfortable from a visual/audio point of view before you enrol on the course.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for funding, you must live in England and have resided in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years, must be aged 19 or over, must not have previously studied the course you are applying for or another similar course and must not currently be enrolled on another government-funded education programme. If you are aged between 19 and 23 - you must hold a full level 2 qualification If you're not eligible for funding, you can purchase the course online if you are over the age of 16.

How you will learn

You study entirely online using digital learning materials, working through two units at your own pace. Assessment is also completed online. You have up to 12 weeks to finish the course. On completion, you receive a digital e-certificate issued by TQUK.
