About this course

Free Level 2 Principles of Warehousing Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, from home or anywhere else that suits you. It covers health and safety in a warehouse environment, storing and packing goods, stock checking, processing orders, dispatch, and customer service. You'll need to be 19 or over and hold at least a Level 1 English or Literacy qualification to enrol. The course takes around 14 weeks to complete.

Who this course is for

This Level 2 Principles of Warehousing Certificate course will help you to understand a range of warehouse processes, including manual handling, stock checking, processing orders, storage and packing of goods and dispatch. It will also look at the customer service process and the impact it can have on an organisation. This qualification is a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification and demonstrates your competency to employers. It can be used to update and continue your professional development, (CPD), and to develop knowledge/skills relevant to the occupational specialisation. It is also suitable for anyone with a personal interest in this topic.

Entry requirements

You will need to be aged be 19+ as at 31st August prior to the start of the current academic year. You will also need to have at least a Level 1 qualification in English/Literacy or equivalent. To assist in completion of this qualification, it may help to be working in, or have access to, the chosen sector. If you already have a higher-level qualification in this specialism, it may impact on your eligibility.
