Level 2 NVQ Activity Leadership Course in Leeds. Classes run at Luminate Education, full-time during the day. If you're 16 to 18 years old, there is no course fee. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply, though a Learner Loan may be available. You'll need four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and ideally maths, or an equivalent qualification. The course takes one year and covers the skills needed to plan, lead, and support activity sessions across sport, leisure, and community settings.

Entry requirements
Four GCSEs at grade 3 including English and ideally maths or equivalent.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom sessions combined with practical activity work. Assessment is competence-based, meaning you'll be observed leading and supporting activities and assessed on what you can do in practice. You'll also complete written tasks and build a portfolio of evidence showing your skills and knowledge across the qualification.
