This free nutrition and health course for adults covers the principles of nutrition, how diet affects health, and how to support healthier choices. You study entirely online, with up to a year to complete. There are no fixed class times, so you can work through the material when it suits you. A level 2 nutrition and health qualification opens doors in health, care, and community support roles. You'll finish with a TQUK Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health.

You submit work digitally and receive feedback from a tutor. There are no exams to sit in person. You have up to 362 days to complete the course, so you can progress at a pace that works for you.
