Who this course is for
Understand nutrition and what it takes to develop healthy eating with the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health. This qualification in Nutrition and Health will increase your confidence when planning and achieving a healthy diet, provide information on eating disorders, and improve your understanding of the principles of food safety. This qualification consists of 3 mandatory units:� Unit 01 Explore principles of healthy eating� Unit 02 Consider nutritional needs of a variety of individuals� Unit 03 Use food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet.Who is it suitable for?This qualification is designed for a wide range of learners with some existing knowledge of this area who are interested in improving their understanding of nutrition and health.
