Level 2 Living in a Fair and Diverse Society Course. Study online at your own pace over 12 weeks. The course is funded by the centre, so there is no cost to you regardless of your age. You'll explore equality, diversity and inclusion, key legislation such as the Equality Act 2010, and British Values as they apply to life in the UK. You'll also look at positive equality movements and how they have shaped society. This living in a fair and diverse society qualification is delivered entirely online, so it fits around your existing commitments.
Who this course is for
This course is ideal for learners who wish to increase their awareness and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, including key legislation relating to this, such as the Equal Pay Act 1970 and the Equality Act 2010. Learners will also study positive equality events and movements, including gay pride, as well as learning about British Values and how they apply to people living in the UK.

How you will learn
You'll study online and work through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is through written assignments or knowledge checks completed online. You submit your work digitally, and a tutor reviews it against the qualification requirements. There are no exams to sit in person. You can study at times that suit you across the 12-week course.
