Level 2 Floristry Course in Norwich. Full-time daytime classes run at Easton College. If you're 16 to 18 years old on 31 August before the course starts, tuition fees may be free. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply. You'll need four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English Language and maths. The course runs for one year and covers the practical and creative skills used in professional floristry. You'll work with flowers, foliage, and design techniques used in the industry.

The Level 2 Technical Certificate in Floristry is for you if you are looking to start a career within the floristry industry. If you like to interact with others, be creative and are keen to develop practical skills, then this qualification is for you. The qualification is suitable if you are 16 -19. You may not have any previous knowledge or work experience in floristry, or you may have always wanted to be creative and not had the time. Throughout this qualification you will learn about sustainability from all aspects of arranging materials, the supply chain of cut flowers, foliage�s including plants and how to look after them. Floristry is not just about the flowers, for a florist to be successful they need to understand their tools, the environment and the finishing touches that make a difference. You will develop an understanding of design principles and the skills needed to apply these to a design. Exploration of how the floristry business operates and develop skills needed to interact with customers to identify their needs.
