Entry requirements

If you are aged 16-18 you will complete an assessment and attend an interview. If you are aged 19 and over you will complete an assessment. It is desirable that you have a Level 1 Diploma or an equivalent Building Services Engineering qualification.

How you will learn

Classes are classroom based and delivered part-time on evenings at Leeds College of Building. You'll develop practical skills through hands-on work alongside theory sessions covering plumbing science and installation techniques. Assessment is built into the course and covers both practical competence and underpinning knowledge. If you are 16 to 18 years old, you will complete an assessment and attend an interview before starting. If you are 19 or over, you will complete an assessment.
