Free Level 2 Dementia Care Course. Study online. You can work through this dementia care qualification at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll cover the principles behind dementia care, including how dementia affects people, how to support wellbeing, and how to communicate effectively with people living with dementia. This free dementia care course for adults is open to anyone aged 19 or over who lives in England.

Eligible participants must be aged 19 or over on 31 August of the current academic year, reside in England on the first day of learning. Further eligiblity criteria may apply.

How you will learn
You'll study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is through written assignments or knowledge-based questions completed online.
