Free Level 2 Children and Young People's Mental Health Course. Study online. You work through the course at your own pace, completing it within 16 weeks. The course builds your knowledge of mental health in children and young people: what affects it, common problems, and the support available. You'll use e-learning resources with built-in feedback, and a tutor will guide you through at an agreed pace. You need to be aged 19 or over. An initial assessment takes place before enrolment to make sure this children and young people's mental health qualification is the right fit.

How you will learn
You study through an online e-learning platform, working through structured resources at your own pace. The platform provides instant feedback as you go. You'll complete an assignment to finish the course; you'll receive an automated reminder when your deadline is approaching. A tutor supports you throughout and helps you agree a realistic timescale. You need access to a PC or laptop to complete the course.
