Free Level 2 Childcare Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. Over around 3 months, you'll cover the essentials of caring for children and young people, including their development, wellbeing, and safeguarding. This free childcare course for adults is open to anyone aged 19 or over who lives in the North Yorkshire or Tees Valley area. A level 2 childcare qualification is a solid starting point for roles working with children and young people.

Reside in the North Yorkshire or Tees Valley area and have the right to live and work in the UK and lived in the UK or EU continuously for the previous three years before the start of learning.
