About this course

Free Level 2 Business Admin Course. Study online, at your own pace, in around 6 to 10 weeks. The course covers the knowledge and skills employers look for in business administration roles: professional communication, teamwork, problem solving, and workplace behaviour. You'll need to pass a short English assessment before you start, and you'll need regular access to a computer and internet. This free business admin course for adults is open to anyone aged 19 or over who has been living in the UK for at least three years.

Who this course is for

This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop the knowledge, understanding and essential skills employers look for in employees. These range from familiar 'key skills' such as team working, independent learning and problem solving, to more tricky-to-measure skills such as: an appreciation for appropriate behaviour and dress, appropriate interpersonal skills, communicating with professional colleagues/peers and/or hierarchical seniors, supporting other aspiring employees, personal manners and deportment, understanding work practices and how different roles and departments function within an organisation. These may be learners who wish to progress towards further qualifications or learners who wish to study this programme in order to complement other programmes. This qualification is suitable for learners aged 19 and above.

You should have been living in the UK for 3 years by the start of the course. You should be over 19+ and not currently be enrolled on an apprenticeship.
