Free Level 2 Business Admin Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. Over around 12 weeks, you'll build the knowledge employers need for business administration roles: managing information, producing documents, supporting events, and delivering good customer service. The course covers how these skills apply across different industries and job roles. You'll need to be aged 19 or over and live in England to qualify for free funding.
Who this course is for
This qualification aims to provide you with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a business administration role. The objectives of this qualification are to help you to develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as how to manage information and supporting events, and to know how to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding, you must live in England and have resided in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years, must be aged 19 or over, must not have previously studied the course you are applying for or another similar course and must not currently be enrolled on another government-funded education programme. If you are aged between 19 and 23 - you must hold a full level 2 qualification If you're not eligible for funding, you can purchase the course online if you are over the age of 16.
