Free Level 2 Beauty Therapy Course in Basildon. Classes run at TCHC Basildon GAPS Centre. This full-time daytime course covers a broad range of beauty skills, from make-up application to nail art and facial treatments. At 227 hours, it gives you solid grounding across the core services a beauty therapist needs. You'll also work on English and Maths alongside your beauty therapy classes. The course is open to young people aged 16 to 18, and to those aged 16 to 24 who hold a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at the centre, combining practical hands-on beauty therapy training with taught theory. Assessment is through practical observation and skills demonstrations alongside any written tasks linked to the qualification. You'll also take part in personal and social development sessions, and there may be the opportunity for work experience to practise your skills in a salon setting.
