This is a CPD course that is for people who want to develop appropriate and effective communication skills. You will learn how to identify information needed for a task, how to appropriately obtain information from others, and how to communicate clearly. This is a short course that will be taught online in your own time. This course is for anyone wanting to develop appropriate and effective communication skills.
