Who this course is for

This course is designed to introduce learners to the travel and tourism industry, customer service operations, destination knowledge, and employability skills linked to careers within the sector. The programme combines classroom-based learning with practical activities, research tasks, and industry-related projects. This is a full-time study programme. Through a range of different assessment methods, underpinning knowledge will be assessed against industry benchmarks to ensure learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to progress into employment or further study.

This is a full time study programme. You will study 6 units which includes Customer service, Communication, Visitor Attractions, Transport, Promotional materials and ICT in travel and tourism.

Entry requirements

Level 1 (Foundation)

  • 3 GCSEs grade 1 or above.
