Free Level 1 Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development Course in Newton Aycliffe. Classes run at Waythrough Education Centre. This full-time daytime course runs for 33 weeks and combines a skills for employment, training and personal development qualification with Functional Skills in maths and English. You'll also get opportunities for work experience alongside your studies. The programme is open to those aged 16 to 18, or 19 to 24 with an Educational Health Care Plan, who are resident in the UK. How you will learn
You'll study in a classroom at Waythrough Education Centre, attending full-time during the day. Learning is delivered over 33 weeks and covers the skills for employment, training and personal development classes alongside Functional Skills maths and English. Assessment is through coursework and tasks set as part of the NOCN Diploma and the Functional Skills qualifications. Work experience placements form part of the programme.
