Free Level 1 Hairdressing and Barbering Course in Basingstoke. Classes run at Basingstoke College of Technology, full-time during the day. What you will learn

You'll learn through hands-on practical sessions in a salon environment, supported by classroom-based teaching. Assessment for the VTCT NVQ Certificate is competency-based. You'll be observed carrying out practical tasks and assessed on your knowledge through assignments and questioning. Because it's an NVQ, the focus is on demonstrating what you can do, not just what you know.
