About this course

Free Level 1 ESOL Skills for Life (speaking and listening) Course in Lambeth. Classes run at Lambeth Adult Learning in the evening, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. The course is for adults whose first language is not English and who have a basic command of the language. You'll practise speaking and listening in everyday situations: job interviews, conversations at work, and life in the UK. The course runs for 96 hours part-time. Entry requirements

You will need to complete an initial assessment before registration on the course. You must have achieved an Entry Level 3 ESOL Speaking & Listening qualification (or equivalent), prior to the course or score at working towards Level 1 in your initial assessment.

Before the course starts, you'll complete an initial assessment and an information, advice, and guidance session so the centre can confirm the right level for you.
