Free Level 1 Employability Skills Course. Study online, at your own pace, over 12 weeks. The course covers employability and digital skills to help you prepare for work or a new career. It suits people who need flexibility and cannot easily attend classes in person. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm the Level 1 Employability Skills Qualification is the right fit for you. The course is fully funded for eligible learners in Kent and London. If you don't meet the eligibility criteria, a fee applies.
Who this course is for
This course will prepare you for the return to work or a new career covering employability and digital skills. Including links to flexible friendly employers, up to date career advice and confidence techniques to help find your MOJO back along side a network of like-minded friendly mums.
Entry requirements
This course is completely FREE if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
You live in Kent or London
You have been a UK/EU citizen for at least 3 years
You are employed/self-employed and earning less than £17k if you live in Kent, or 21k if you live in a London borough
You are unemployed/on a career break and claiming work-related benefits
If you don't meet the eligibility criteria you can pay just £495 for the course (register as normal and we will send you an invoice)

How you will learn
You study entirely online, working through materials at a pace that suits you. Assessment is built into the course and is based on the work you complete online. There are no exams to sit in person. You'll have access to a network of other learners throughout the 12 weeks.

You'll need a device with internet access to study online. Successful Mums will confirm anything else you need before you start.
