Illustration with Design Degree in Hastings. Classes run at East Sussex College Hastings Station Plaza Campus, full-time during the day.

The course covers a wide range of illustration styles. You'll also explore animation and graphic design fundamentals. This encourages you to expand your creative experimentation, design and illustration skills. Based in Hastings, the course is stimulated and underpinned by a bustling local creative scene. Field trips to local and London galleries encourage and inspire the student�s practice. Access to a fantastic range of equipment and facilities are available which include Screen printing, lino, etching, sublimation printing, 6 colour Riso printer, textiles, small-metal, ceramics and glass workshops. The Illustration with Design course is there to empower your creativity, expand your skills, and turn your passion into a fulfilling career.

Entry requirements

Minimum of 64 UCAS points (160 old system) from a BTEC Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma / A Levels / Foundation Diploma / Access Diploma in a related subject; if English is not your first language, an IELTS score of 6.5 with a 6 in writing; proof of qualifications; a satisfactory reference.
