Free Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Course. Study online, with classes you attend remotely and at least two hours of private study each week. This free functional skills maths course is open to adults aged 19 or over on 31 August 2025 who do not hold a GCSE in Maths at grade A* to D (or grade 9 to 3). It is the recognised GCSE maths equivalent for job applications and further study. The course runs over 10 weeks. You'll sit an online initial assessment first, so you start at the right level.
