Or 19-24 with an Education, Health Care Plan, have evidence that you legally reside in the UK, are you a school leaver who didnt quite get the grades when you left school at or before year 11 or sixth form or college? No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.

What you will learn

  • You'll work with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • You'll use measurements and handle units of length, weight, capacity, and time.
  • You'll read and interpret charts, tables, and graphs.
  • You'll solve practical maths problems set in everyday and work contexts.
  • You'll check your answers and explain your working clearly.

How you will learn

You'll attend daytime classes at the centre. Learning is flexible, so the pace is adjusted to suit you. Assessment is by a written exam set by City and Guilds. You'll have an initial assessment when you start so the centre can plan your learning at the right level.
