About this course

Free Functional Skills English Level 2 in York. Classes run at Explore York Library Learning Centre, part-time during the day, over 33 weeks. This is the recognised GCSE English equivalent for adults who don't yet hold a Level 2 qualification in English. You'll develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to a standard that satisfies most employer and college entry requirements. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm Level 2 is the right starting point and to plan your learning from there.
