How you will learn
You'll study in a classroom at Darlington College with a tutor. Assessment for the Pearson Edexcel Level 2 Functional Skills English Qualification covers three components: reading, writing, and speaking and listening. Reading and writing are assessed through external tests. Speaking and listening is assessed by your tutor through a set task. You'll complete an initial assessment before the course begins so your tutor can plan your learning at the right level.
