Learners must be resident in North Somerset and aged 19+ at the start of their course. Adults undergoing detox and rehab from addiction. Adults on benefits or who don�t have a formal L2 qualification. Maybe one or two support workers Learners who are lacking in confidence. People who would like to learn a new skill.
