Free Entry Level Functional Skills English Course in Darlington. Classes run at Adult Education at The Coleridge Centre. Reside in the North Yorkshire or Tees Valley area and have the right to live and work in the UK and lived in the UK or EU continuously for the previous three years before the start of learning.

You'll use basic punctuation, spelling, and grammar in your writing.

How you will learn
You'll learn in a classroom at Adult Education at The Coleridge Centre, with a tutor guiding each session. Assessment is through tasks that test reading, writing, speaking, and listening. You'll complete a set of short assessments covering each skill area. Speaking and listening are assessed by your tutor. Reading and writing are assessed through set tasks or a formal test, depending on the awarding body requirements for NOCN Entry Level 2.
