Who this course is for

The BTEC Workskills at Entry Level 3 qualifications are a recognised employability suite of learning that allows learners to explore employment opportunities and access jobs. They are designed to meet the needs of learners at this level and have a range of purposes and outcomes.

Entry requirements

This course is being run in the academic years 2021-2023 but there is no guarantee that it will run in future years. Entry to the course will depend on the deaf student’s prior attainment.

What you will learn

  • You'll explore different types of employment and what employers expect
  • You'll develop practical skills that support you in a workplace setting
  • You'll learn how to present yourself when looking for work
  • You'll build an understanding of your own strengths and how they relate to jobs
