Free Entry Level 3 Customer Service Course in March. Classes run at The March Community Centre, part-time during the day. The course runs over 11 months at a manageable pace, which works well if you have other commitments. You'll build your customer service skills and knowledge, and the centre works with local employers to help you find work when you finish. You'll start with an initial assessment to make sure this is the right level for you. This is a free customer service course for adults who meet the funding eligibility criteria.

City and guilds Customer Service qualification. Working with learners on their customer Service skills and knowledge across 2 weeks. We are also linking this course with local employers to increase the chances of securing a job.

Entry requirements

Basic level of Maths and English.

Assessment is linked to the City and Guilds qualification requirements. The centre also connects learners with local employers, giving you the chance to see how your skills apply in real workplaces.
