Free Entry Level 2 Independence and Employability Course in Ealing. Classes run full-time during the day at Ealing Green College. The course runs for one year and is designed to help you build the skills and confidence to move into work, volunteering, or further study. You'll develop employability, personal, and social skills through a flexible programme tailored to your needs. The course includes English and maths, enterprise, and work experience with local employers or internal placements. Entry 2 for English and maths is preferred, and suitability is discussed at interview.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom sessions, work experience placements, and a tailored programme built around your individual needs. Assessment is through a portfolio of evidence containing photographs, witness statements, personal statements, and coursework. Portfolios are internally assessed and verified before external verification. Some learners also complete Functional Skills English and maths assessments at the level identified during initial assessment.
