What you will learn
You'll listen and respond to spoken English in everyday situations.
You'll follow and understand simple instructions and information given out loud.
You'll take part in short conversations on familiar topics.
You'll ask and answer questions clearly in English.
You'll use appropriate language for different everyday situations.
You'll build your confidence speaking English in a group setting.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based activities, including pair work, group discussions, and listening exercises. Assessment is through spoken tasks and observations carried out in class. There is no written exam for this qualification. Your tutor will assess your speaking and listening skills directly during activities.
