Free ESOL Skills for Life: Speaking and Listening course in Northallerton. Evening classes run at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service, so you can fit study around your week. Over 22 weeks, you'll develop your spoken English and listening skills for everyday life and work. You'll also build your understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice, further eligibility may be linked to where you live and we will check that at enrolment stage and may contact

How you will learn
Classes are classroom based and run in the evening. You'll learn through speaking and listening activities, group discussions, and guided practice with a tutor. Assessment is through spoken tasks and listening exercises that reflect everyday situations. There is no written exam for this qualification.
