Free BTEC Level 3 Sport, Fitness and Personal Training Course in Burnley. Classes run at Burnley College, full-time during the day over two years. You'll need five GCSEs at Grade 5 or above, including English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualification to get started. The level 3 BTEC sport, fitness and personal training classes cover human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, self-employment, sports injuries, sport massage, and fitness testing. How you will learn
The course is 100% internally assessed. You'll complete a mix of theory-based reports, practical gym sessions, client consultations, and presentations. There are no exams. Assessment is based on your coursework, your practical application with real clients, and your ability to reflect on your own performance. All learning takes place in the classroom and in the on-site fitness facility.
