BTEC Level 3 Engineering Course in Cambridge. Classes run at Cambridge Regional College, full-time over two years. You'll need four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths, or a full Level 2 qualification, plus an interview. Who this course is for

Most learners on the BTEC Level 3 programme work towards a BTEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma in year one and progress onto an extended Diploma in year two. The emphasis is on learning theories, concepts and practices within engineering that will provide knowledge and understanding to enable the learner to analyse, solve and evaluate real engineering problems. Learners then benefit from a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification which carries UCAS points for University entry or contributes to the framework of an apprenticeship in Engineering. Entry requirements

You will need to have 4 GCSEs at grade 9 - 4 (A - C) to include Maths, or successful completion of a full Level 2 qualification. In addition you will need to have a successful interview that shows interests and hobbies related to the world of Engineering.
