Free AAT Level 4 Accounting Course in Maidstone. Classes run at MidKent College Maidstone Campus, part-time during the day.

The course runs over two years. You'll study financial accounting, management accounting, and tax returns. Topics include published accounts for limited companies, budgeting, performance analysis, and tax for sole traders and partnerships. You'll need to have completed the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting at Merit grade and pass an entry test at interview.

You'll finish with the Diploma for Professional Accounting Technicians at Level 4.

Who this course is for

This Level 4 course is offered as remote day course and will start to develop your skills further in preparing financial statements and management accounting.

At this level you will learn how to prepare published accounts for limited companies, you will study management accounting with a focus on preparing budgets and analysing performance, in addition to producing tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Entry requirements

You will need to have successfully completed the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting at a Merit grade and will need to pass an entry test at interview.
