Free AAT Level 3 Bookkeeping Course in Bury Saint Edmunds. Classes run at University and Professional Development Centre, one day a week on Fridays from 9.30am to 4.30pm. This part-time daytime schedule makes it possible to study alongside other commitments. The level 3 AAT bookkeeping qualification is aimed at experienced bookkeepers and covers double entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and VAT. The course runs over one year. On completion, you can apply for AAT associate bookkeeping membership and use the professional AATQB designation.

Aimed at experienced bookkeepers, this qualification studies areas such as double entry bookkeeping, financial statements and indirect tax (VAT).If you successfully complete this qualification, you can apply for AAT associate bookkeeping membership and achieve professional AAT Bookkeeper status (AATQB).The course will run once a week, on Fridays, from 9.30am-4.30pm.

Entry requirements

AAT does not set any prerequisites for the study of the AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping. However, for the best chance of success, we recommend that students begin their studies with a good standard of English and Maths.

What you will learn

How you will learn

Assessment is through computer-based exams set and marked by AAT. You'll need to pass each exam to complete the qualification and gain your AAT bookkeeping certificate.
