Free AAT Level 3 Accounting Course in Birkenhead. Classes run at Wirral Met College, part-time during the day. The government pays the fees for adults who don't already hold a full Level 3 qualification. This is the second stage of the AAT qualification, building on the Level 2 Certificate in Accounting. You'll develop the skills needed for a wide range of accounting and finance roles. The course takes two years to complete. You'll need your Level 2 AAT Accountancy qualification or equivalent, plus GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or Functional Skills Level 2.

How you will learn
You'll attend classroom-based sessions at Wirral Met College across two years of part-time study. Assessment is through a combination of computer-based exams set and marked by AAT, plus skills-based assessments. Each unit is assessed separately, so you work through the qualification at a steady pace. There are no coursework portfolios; exams test your knowledge and practical application directly.
